Office Administrator

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Kirkland. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our dynamic team and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office.
Responsibilities
• Respond to calls and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Enter orders to correspond with transport companies in a timely manner.
• Support the accounting department in billing tasks.
• Answer customer questions related to billing.
• Contact customers who are in arrears.
• Order office supplies.
• File documents.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years experience in office work with a specialization in administration.
• Ability to communicate in French.
• Ability to communicate in English, an asset.
• Knowledge of the Office Suite.
• Mastery of the following behavioural skills: Autonomy, versatility, organizational skills, enjoy working in a team, and be focused on internal and external clients.
