Sales Development Representative

MRC Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through analysis of assigned territory.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative sales, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans, assist with proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure contractual compliance and communicate effectively with customers and management.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Partner with branch and internal resources to resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or warehouse services with increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated sales negotiation experience and knowledge of PVF materials.
- Proficiency in computer software applications and ability to travel within and outside the branch service area.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet MRC Global's vehicle policy.
