Sales Development Representative

MRC Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Research and analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Ensure contractual compliance and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, including order processing, delivery confirmation, and customer communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or warehouse services with increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated knowledge of PVF materials and ability to understand scope of services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within and outside branch service area.
