Automotive Account Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Account Supervisor to manage our Automotive Client Services team and oversee the development and timely implementation of direct marketing tactics to ensure high client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the client and agency operations, fostering and strengthening client partnerships, and articulating the client's vision for every project.
- The Account Supervisor will report to the Account Director and collaborate with various teams, including Creative, Production, Digital, Email, Data/Analytics, and Accounting/Billing, to support client programs and needs.
- Responsibilities will include managing projects through the development process, applying direct marketing disciplines, and developing strategic recommendations and creative concepts for client presentations.
- You'll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to lead project deliverables and client relationships.
- You may experience advancement to support larger Client Accounts and lead a larger team, or level up to a Director role overseeing Client Management on a larger scale.
- Demonstrated direct marketing experience, with the ability to manage program/campaign elements, timelines, reports, and project implementation.
- Strategic thinking, with a proven ability to stay up-to-date on trends, media, competition, and business implications.
- Creative thinking, with the ability to bring forth inspiring creative work and inform business solutions.
- Project management skills, with the ability to establish clear directions, set objectives, distribute workload, and maintain a two-way dialog with others.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in various settings and styles.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate critical decision-making skills under pressure.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to build a strong, cohesive team knowledgeable about the client, its products/services, and programs.
