Job Summary

WP Osborne Executive Search Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for executing compliance activities across the organization, ensuring that the company meets company and global best-in-class industry standards for ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Policy Development: Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on compliance-related activities, including policy development and implementation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring that the organization operates within a high-stress environment with constantly changing expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with North American regulatory requirements, including anti-bribery and corruption laws.
  • Communication and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand compliance policies and procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve compliance-related issues and provide guidance on issue prevention and resolution.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree in a related field of study.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a broad compliance program.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of North American regulatory requirements and industry standards.
