We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Parts Procurement Specialist to join our team at our Edmonton location. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
CompensationThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer extended health benefits, including dental, as well as 3 weeks of accrued vacation time.

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Parts Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Mentoring apprentices and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
- Overseeing the ordering of parts and managing inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate stock.
- Organizing and managing the shipping, receiving, and returns of parts and materials.
- Utilizing online tools to source and identify parts, ensuring quality and availability.
- Answering phone calls and taking customer orders in a professional and efficient manner.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Red Seal Journeyman Certification, where applicable.
- Previous experience in parts management is an asset.
- Forklift training and experience is an asset.
- Proficient in the use of all in-house equipment, including computers, Excel, Word, calculators, fax machines, and materials handling equipment.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License and an acceptable Driver's Abstract in accordance with TDF Group's Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
