About the Job:

GuuZ Consulting Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. This opportunity offers a chance to work with a government client and be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional who can support the development of strategies for procurement preparation, refine business and technical requirements, and prepare RFx documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies based on project goals and criteria.

- Refine business and technical requirements through analysis and research.

- Prepare RFx documents, including solicitation documents and evaluation plans.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify vendor services and develop effective communication processes.

- Conduct post-procurement reviews and evaluate lessons learned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in public sector procurement processes, including trade agreements and competitive bid law.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year (estimated annual salary)
