Executive Chef and Restaurant Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and experienced professional who can oversee the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff performance, planning daily operations, recruiting and training new employees, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and address any concerns related to employee performance, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure optimal results.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement strategies for managing daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain negotiation.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Source and hire talented individuals to join our team, as well as provide comprehensive training programs to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Cost Management: Analyze and optimize costs associated with food products, services, and supplies, ensuring that we maintain profitability while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and providing ongoing training to employees on emergency procedures and protocols.
- Supply Chain Negotiation: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, ensuring that we obtain the best possible quality and price for our products and services.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of dedicated employees, providing guidance, support, and recognition to help them grow and develop in their careers.
