Job Description

As an Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the kitchen team to achieve high-quality dishes and efficient operations
  • Menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Supervising cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Training new staff members and supporting their professional development

Required Skills and Qualifications
