Job Summary
Dexterra Group is seeking a highly skilled Operations Support to join our Integrated Facilities Management team. As an Operations Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, equipment, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all planned and non-planned maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to schedules.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on small tools, automation, vehicles, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Operations Manager to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Track, receive, and unload inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of building structures to identify repair needs and develop preventive maintenance strategies.
- Assist with the completion of Job Hazard Assessments and Accident and Incident reports to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement safe work practices and procedures to maintain a high level of health and safety standards.
- Assist with custodial cleaning and maintain other areas of the site, including snow removal and grass cutting.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Canada.
- A clear criminal record and valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift and carry 25-50lbs.
- Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
