User Support Technician
Job Summary:KAYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. seeks a skilled User Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
- Utilize technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with users to identify and resolve technical difficulties, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and software, providing technical expertise and input.
- Supervise technical support workers and provide guidance and support as required.
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, addressing identified difficulties.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and technical support teams.
- Familiarity with JavaOS, networking software, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
