Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our IT Service Desk team at Abacus Service Corporation. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for directly resolving customer issues by following best practices and updating troubleshooting documentation as part of our knowledge base. This role is a member of the IT service desk and a major part of a typical workday will be resolving incidents over various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Update and maintain knowledge base documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
