Human Resources Manager

At Uline Canada Corporation, we're looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Edmonton. As an experienced HR professional, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the growth of our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in HR/recruitment management, including 3 years of supervisory experience. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required, with CPHR certification preferred. You'll be familiar with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and have experience managing HR for a warehouse/distribution and shift environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute high-growth recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead a team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals and provide guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with branch managers, hiring managers, and HR team members to optimize organizational structure and staffing levels
- Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans, as well as partner with leadership to influence employees towards achievement of company goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years HR/recruitment management experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience
- CPHR certification preferred
- Familiarity with ATS and experience managing HR for a warehouse/distribution and shift environment
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 per year
