The estimated annual salary for this position is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Director to lead our growth marketing efforts and drive business expansion globally. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and grow revenue across all regions.

You will work closely with our sales and regional teams to forecast quarterly and annual acquisition goals and budgets, ensuring year-over-year growth. Your expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and dashboarding will enable you to develop and implement business impact plans, including marketing funnel forecasting, multi-channel attribution models, and campaign optimization.

In addition to driving growth, you will also be responsible for managing our advertising budget, website strategy, and KPIs, as well as overseeing the implementation of our marketing technology stack. Your leadership skills will be essential in building and managing a high-performing team of performance marketing channel experts and web marketers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of B2B and small business acquisition marketing experience in SAAS, with deep expertise across paid and owned channels.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving C-suite level goals.
  • Global experience required, with ability to understand and optimize campaigns and numbers based on regions/market insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Strong quantitative skills to analyze and synthesize raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent marketing skills and techniques, particularly brief writing, creative feedback, experimentation, campaign performance analysis, iteration/optimization, budget management.
