As a Property Manager with FirstService Residential, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of rental and commercial properties, providing management services to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering excellent property management services to our clients.
  • Interact with clients and tenants to address their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and execute client agreements for property management.
  • Negotiate and/or approve rental and lease agreements.
  • Prepare annual property budgets and track budget variances.
  • Coordinate large renovation projects.
  • Liaise with site staff to prioritize repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience as a leasing agent or property manager.
  • Experience with property accounting systems and building management software.
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act of British Columbia and the Strata Property Act.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and tenants.
  • Highly efficient and organized, with strong time management skills.

What We Offer:

As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, and access to our Employee Assistance Plan and Tuition Reimbursement Program.

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus bonus eligibility of up to $5,000 per calendar year.
