Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software, networks, and other IT systems.

  • Project Management: Create project plans, charters, and schedules to ensure timely completion of technical projects.
Requirements:
  • Technical Diploma or Equivalent: A technical diploma or a combination of experience and education in a related field.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a Managed Services Provider environment.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, TCP/IP, Windows RDS/Terminal Services, Microsoft Exchange, mobile devices, virtualization technologies, and Office 365.
  • Operating Systems: Advanced/Expert knowledge of common operating systems.
  • Active Directory: Experience with design, configuration, and deployment of Active Directory, domains, group policies, both on-premise and Azure AD.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills within a team environment.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Organizational Skills: Detailed organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Linux and PowerShell Scripting: Knowledge of Linux and PowerShell scripting.
  • Programming Languages: Programming languages such as PHP, NET, Perl, Python.
  • Internet Security: Education in internet security and data privacy principles.
  • Industry Certifications: Industry certifications such as Citrix, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft.
  • IT Solutions: Ability to architect IT solutions suitable for small and medium-sized organizations.
