First Truck Centre is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team in Saanichton, BC. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a high-quality customer experience by providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, book appointments, and schedule repairs.
- Create estimates and invoices.
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
- Explain all work performed and charges.
Requirements
- Great customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools.
- Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
