Senior Product Marketing Manager RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our business finance platform. As a key partner to our Product team, you'll be responsible for driving product adoption, harnessing data and research to inform marketing strategies, and scaling product education.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Product Adoption: Collaborate with Product counterparts to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive revenue and stickiness for Float and business impact for our customers.
- Harness Data and Research: Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis to inform Float's product marketing approach, ensuring our products are well-positioned and differentiated in the market.
- Scale Product Education: Develop and disseminate clear, engaging content to educate customers at scale on product features, addressing their needs and questions.
- Act as a Cross-Functional Partner: Equip sales and customer success teams with product-related content to effectively sell and drive adoption of Float, and utilize insights to guide future product development and marketing strategies.
- 7+ years of Product Marketing or Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Startup or growth-stage experience is an advantage.
- Customer-obsessed and data-oriented approach to product marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and frequently changing priorities.
