We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team at G.P. Speedy Delivery Hotshot Service Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to ensure efficient delivery operations
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 delivery drivers and coordinate their activities to meet customer demands
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of delivery vehicles and equipment
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in delivery operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work 30-35 hours per week
