Job Title: Delivery Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team at G.P. Speedy Delivery Hotshot Service Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of packages. If you have a strong background in transportation management and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 delivery drivers to ensure efficient delivery of packages
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, routing, and tracking
  • Prepare and review reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and vehicles
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
