Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, routing, and tracking.
  • Prepare and review reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and vehicles.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
