Job Title: Delivery Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team at G.P. Speedy Delivery Hotshot Service Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of packages. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, routing, and tracking.
  • Prepare and review reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and vehicles.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or logistics role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
