Job Title: Delivery Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team at G.P. Speedy Delivery Hotshot Service Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages and freight.
  • Prepare Reports and Analytics: Generate reports on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize operations.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and training to delivery team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Control Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that necessary supplies and equipment are available to support delivery operations.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Supervision
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, team player
