About the Role

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit business requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve expected business outcomes.
  • Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop informative, coherent, and usable project documents for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Apply depth of domain & functional expertise to drive expected business value.
  • Break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Build test cases to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Foundational level of proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development, Data Analysis, Learning Agility, and Experience with Livelink document management application.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Process Improvement and Optimization, Organization Process Optimization, Business Architecture Frameworks, Stakeholder Analysis and Management, Digital Fluency, Systems Thinking, Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Collaboration & Team Skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Business Requirements Definition and Analysis, Insights Development and Reporting, Application Functional Design, and Functional Analysis.
What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $74,000 to $138,600, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
