Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Consultant to join our Advisory Services practice. As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business landscape and challenges, and develop impactful strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Prepare, facilitate, and participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their business landscape and challenges.
  • Research and Analysis: Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Strategy Development: Develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk.
  • Project Planning and Delivery: Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience delivering business or IT projects in a consulting context.
  • Skills: Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively; ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment; excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills; understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies; excellent verbal and written communication skills; impactful leadership and management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of financial services domain.
