Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our player safety strategy, driving the evolution of player perception and tracking communication on player safety health status in our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Communicate a Vision
    • Develop a comprehensive player safety strategy, aligning with project needs and objectives, to foster a safe and protective player experience.
    • Establish and manage internal and public communication strategies around player safety.
    • Collaborate with data teams to build monitoring tools and dashboards for tracking player safety metrics.
    • Research and partner with external experts to understand disruptive behaviors and their impact.
    • Develop annual development plans with security and safety teams.
    • Work with production leaders to identify process upgrades for player safety education and risk mitigation.
  • Educate and Raise Awareness
    • Raise awareness among services and partners about player safety norms, best practices, and emerging trends.
Qualifications
  • Senior management experience in the online gaming industry or a related digital field.
  • First-hand experience managing online communities and user safety.
  • Deep understanding of technology, UX, software development, and business aspects related to digital spaces and online gaming.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of online gaming culture.
  • Strategic achiever with experience driving momentum in complex environments.
  • Passion for online video games is a plus.
