Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Climate Control

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Climate Control Services team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for renting and selling our diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including general and specialty contractors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cross-sell and promote Sunbelt's resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the HVAC or heavy equipment rental industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/service industry
  • Current/valid driver's license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to design gas and electrical systems, with solid analytical math skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability
