We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Office Clerk II to join our Reproductive Ambulatory Care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling ultrasounds and consultations, coordinating appointments, registering patient visits, retrieving, labeling, and filing patient records, responding to telephone inquiries, and performing other administrative duties as required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a graduate degree in secretarial or office administration preferred. They will possess strong keyboarding and data entry skills, with experience with Meditech and Community Wide Scheduling (CWS) an asset. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet strict deadlines. They will also possess excellent organization skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
