Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Apex Trampoline Park. This is a permanent position, with an estimated salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for supervising staff, training new employees, addressing customer complaints, and answering inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce informational materials to increase awareness of services available.
  • Supervise staff and ensure that they are meeting high standards of customer service.
  • Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers regarding services offered by Apex Trampoline Park.
  • Arrange for billing and explain the type and cost of services offered.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
