Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alliance Motor Cars Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, including tasks such as:
Key Responsibilities- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
- Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
- Send and receive messages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide general information to clients and the public
- Provide customer service
- File material in storage area
- Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
- Label, file and retrieve documents
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please submit your application.
Requirements- Availability for shift or on-call work
- Availability for the advertised start date
- Current legal ability to work in Canada
- Previous experience in this field of employment
