Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the assembly process, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify and address any work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and judgement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
