Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Jastram Engineering Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the assembly operations, ensuring quality control, and supervising a team of electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train or arrange for training, and oversee the safety of operations.
  • Recommend personnel actions, supervise staff or team, and identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
  • Conduct quality control, co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and establish work priorities.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and participate in staff meetings.

Supervision: The Electronic Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail.
