Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Game Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our product leadership, you will be responsible for driving business performance goals, building forecasting pipelines, and influencing product initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities
  • Partner with design and operations teams to drive feature impact assessments and provide actionable recommendations
  • Lead product strategy and prioritization discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze industry best practices for optimization, merchandising, and feature implementation
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, system design, live operations, or analytics
  • Proficient in data modeling and predictive analytics
  • Experience driving business performance metrics across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence with data-driven decision making
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
