Lead Hand, Mixing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Lead Hand, Mixing at Baxter Company.
About the Role
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities within the Viaflex Mixing Department to enhance departmental performance and efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to drive transformation and growth within the department.
- Develop and implement 6S initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion and achieve departmental goals.
- Manage and schedule TPMs within the department to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Manufacturing/quality/continuous improvement experience in a GMP environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead and develop staff.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred qualifications include a university degree, significant project engineering/management experience in healthcare manufacturing, and Green Belt Six Sigma certification.
