We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Hand, Mixing Specialist to join our team at Baxter. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address quality and safety concerns.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role.
