We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ethnic Food Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including Cantonese cuisine, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Knowledge of Cantonese cuisine and cooking techniques.
