Embark on a rewarding career with Royal Bank of Canada as a Financial Planning Specialist in our dynamic London team. As we launch a new staff proposition, we're seeking two skilled Paraplanners to provide top-notch service to our colleagues and their families.

We are looking for professionals with a strong understanding of core financial planning solutions, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build knowledge through exposure to client planning scenarios. Your expertise will enable you to construct tailored solutions for clients, producing robust financial plans and analytical information in support of financial planners and advisors.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert support for financial advisers and planners
  • Facilitating smooth processing of new and existing business
  • Maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
  • Staying up-to-date with Conduct Risk standards

To succeed in this position, you must have a CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. You should also be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Royal Bank of Canada offers an attractive salary of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on your experience.
