At Mortgage Bird Incorporation, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in an administrative role. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to messages
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
