Job Summary:

As a Self-Checkout Attendant at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized self-service area, ensuring that all fixtures and equipment are in good working condition.
Educate customers on the correct use of self-service options and promote company-sponsored programs when applicable.
Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed and provide polite and reassuring support when required.
Demonstrate knowledge of responding to EAS alarms and filling out the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Manager to report low cash levels or technical issues in the self-service area.

Requirements:

Age 16 or older
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Excellent customer service skills
Basic knowledge of self-service technology
