Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Northern Comfort Solutions Ltd. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
