Project Manager - Identity Governance and Administration

Randstad Canada is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to assist with the implementation of Sailpoint as part of their broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience working on full project lifecycles from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, timeline, tasks, and required resources
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including budgeting and tracking deliverables
  • Identify and track issues, and escalate resolution as required
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess project success, including conducting lessons learned exercises
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or similar field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a project manager working on full project lifecycles
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a business analyst gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Experience working in a large and decentralized organization
  • Experience managing large-scale and complex IT transformation projects
  • PMP certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Sailpoint implementation
  • Experience with managing Security Awareness & Training program or Vulnerability Management program
