Executive Pastry Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Rocky Mountain Chocolate. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of approximately $65,000 per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pastry team and overseeing the creation of new recipes and menu items. They will also be responsible for supervising activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, and training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in bakery goods and desserts, particularly chocolate. They must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
