Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Zoomax Delivery Services inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service establishment, with a focus on supervision and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
