High Volume Production Specialist

Konica Minolta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Volume Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-volume production line.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent technical skills and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex printing and scanning systems, as well as developing effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities- Provide responsive, reliable, and customer-oriented service to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of printing and scanning issues on our high-volume production line.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot all printing and scanning equipment, including Konica Minolta devices.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and fellow employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining core performance metric averages, including minimum calls per day and response time.
- Maintain an up-to-date file of service manuals, part books, and other service literature using the issued laptop and develop familiarity with contents.
- Maintain tool kit, supplies, and accurate inventory for assigned territory.
- Seek opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control.
- Assist other technicians as needed with more complex service calls.
- Provide sales support as required, advising sales on problems and service leads.
- Install multiple protocol and/or multiple network operating systems in conjunction with software-based solutions.
- Accurately and timely complete invoices and expense reports.
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required; Technical School training preferred.
- 2-3+ years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
- A+ and Net+ certification or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated electro-mechanical, digital electronic, and PC expertise.
- Ability to use appropriate technology for the position.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Position requires use of personal car, eligible for vehicle maintenance compensation program.
- Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
- Ability to work independently with very little supervision.
