Business Development Manager

Noverka Conseil is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Sales Account Manager. This position is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
- Establish and track sales targets by creating a sales plan with measurable objectives;
- Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded;
- Identify and create new business opportunities with existing clients and partners;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach;
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships
- Establish long-term relationships with clients through value-added sales techniques;
- Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region;
- Leadership and Development
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales representatives to improve communication, understand needs, and provide feedback for sales growth;
- Maintain strong relationships with all clients in the region to ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Education and Experience
- University degree or relevant experience;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales management;
- Skills and Qualifications
- Existing relationships with prescribers, distributors, and other clients;
- Experience with lighting is an asset;
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
- Ability to learn and develop sales strategies that clearly define objectives, strategies/tactics, and metrics for success;
- Ability to manage all aspects of client and partner relationships;
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, valid passport required;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
