Customer Service Agent Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent Lead to join our team at Paymentus. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for growth and development.
About the Role:This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a strong background in inbound call center customer service. Proficiency in English and Spanish is also required.
As a Customer Service Agent Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
