We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer to lead our marketing efforts and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience generating inbound leads, growing social media presence, managing/designing engaging content, and optimizing search engine rankings.

This role will oversee our efforts to engage current and potential customers with high-quality content and administer our company's social media marketing and advertising initiatives.

Estimated Salary:

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create agency events and promote them across various social media channels
  • Develop new community events and all necessary signage to attract potential buyers
  • Monitor incoming leads and prospects, then incorporate them into targeted marketing campaigns
  • Design and deliver fresh social media content for each listing and respond to followers in a timely manner
  • Standardize company materials and campaigns to ensure consistency and clarity in advertising properties
  • Craft weekly and monthly e-newsletters
  • Develop new advertising and marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience
  • Maintain up-to-date website content
  • Design business cards, for-sale signs, custom signs, and other marketing materials as needed
  • Coordinate headshots for new agents
  • Assist with event planning
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create innovative design concepts
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing
  • Open-mindedness to new ideas and suggestions
  • Highly efficient at communicating effectively in writing and in-person
  • High level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail
  • Focused, reliable, innovative, and productive
  • Calm, collected, and motivated in fast-paced environments
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office, with InDesign experience a plus
