Job Description
This role is part of the Customer Experience team at TD Canada Trust, where we work together to provide outstanding customer service and promote banking solutions that meet our customers' needs. Our ideal candidate will be a champion of customer-centricity, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and drive business results.
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to standardized operating procedures and industry regulations.
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion when necessary.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using established procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Connect with customers to advise them on banking processes and solutions, fostering strong relationships and driving customer loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications.
- A go-getter attitude, with initiative and accuracy, to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- A dynamic communicator with excellent customer experience skills, able to connect with diverse individuals in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
