We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Genesis Security BC Group Ltd.

Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in an office setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences by preparing minutes, agendas, and necessary materials
  • Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Schedule appointments, answer telephone calls, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records, order supplies, and manage inventory levels
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, including typing and proofreading correspondence and documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
