About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing new business opportunities within the Sudbury Ontario territory. With a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service, this is an ideal opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced sales environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including engineers and architects
  • Provide customized HVAC solutions to meet the needs of commercial and industrial clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in inside or outside sales, preferably within the commercial HVAC industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Compensation and Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement, with a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus uncapped commissions. Other benefits include:
